July 18-22, 2010 (Boys / Girls Grades 3-9)
$225 Short Day | $280 Long Day | $375 Resident camper
These camps offer young boys and girls station work, individual instruction, and game competition. The instruction will be provided by high school and college coaches with extensive camp experience. The goals will be to make each camper a better individual player as well as provide each a meaningful experience as a member of a team. For the summer of 2010 campers will be able to choose from three different daily routines ranging from short day camp to full-time resident.
Short Day Camp - 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Lunch included)
Long Day Camp - 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Lunch and Dinner included)
Resident Camp - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner plus dormitory experience.
Times
Residents and commuters attending Camp #2 beginning July 18 should arrive at Alvernia's Physical Education Center between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. for registration. All campers will stay until 8:30 p.m. and get dinner on Sunday, July 18.
Awards
Awards ceremony for Camps #2 will be the last day, July 22, starting at 11:30 a.m.
Food
Balanced meals are provided each day to insure maximum nutritional value.
Milk, fruit, and salad bar complement generous servings of meats and vegetables.
Meals served are all you can eat.
Accomodations
Two campers to a
room in a residence hall that is well-supervised. All residence halls
and facilities are equipped with air conditioning.
Suggested Clothing
Basketball sneakers,
12 pairs of sweatsocks, 6 T-shirts, 4 pairs of gym shorts, sweat shirt
or sweat suit, underwear, pajamas, raincoat, towels, blanket, sheets,
pillowcase, pillow, and toilet articles.
Cost
Cost per week for a resident includes meals, lodging, and T-shirt. Cost per week for commuter includes lunch, dinner, and T-shirt.

Tuition
A $150 non-refundable deposit and complete application MUST be
received 2 weeks prior to reserve a spot in camp. ***NO EXCEPTIONS***
Final Payment
Only cash, money orders, or cashier's checks will be accepted at registration.
Insurance
Each camper must provide proof of family medical insurance. All insurance
information on the application must be completed before the application
is accepted.
